Rain does not affect the tour. Sailing tour will continue as scheduled, just the snorkeling and spinnaker activity will be cancelled due to weather conditions. However, If port authorities close the boat's navigation due to strong winds predictions, the tour could be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled due to this port authorities instructions, customers will be entitled to a full refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellation/modifications must be informed by-email to reservation@happytourscancun.com.

Customers with no show at pickup on tour date but arrive by themselves to the park, no penalty will be applied.

Customers who are sick and don't show for pickup or want to reschedule, a medic certificate should be sent so that penalty is not applied.

Customers with no show at pickup on tour date a 50% penalty fee will be applied for rescheduling the tour.

Customers with no show at pickup on tour date nor arrive by themselves to the park no refund will be made.

Rescheduling tours should be made at least 24 hours prior tour date and no penalty fee will be applied.

Tour's reschedule is allowed with no additional fee requested before 8 pm a day prior tour date.*.

Cancellations made 48 hrs (2 days) before your tour date, a 10% cancellation charge will be applied. Restrictions apply, see below **.

Cancellations made until 6 pm the day prior to your tour date will have a 10% cancellation fee. Restrictions apply, see below **.

Cancellations made between 6 pm and 8:00 pm the day prior to your tour date, have a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after 8:00 pm the day prior to your tour date will not have a refund.

No refunds will be issued on no shows for tour pickups or return pickups.

No refunds will be issued on no shows when arriving by yourselves to the tour activity.

Modifications are billable and subject to availability and approval.

For all tours the minimum modification time is 24 hours prior to the actual time of the reservation.

If the tour includes transportation provided by the tour operator, there is a 5 min tolerance window in which the client has to be in the motor lobby of the hotel or the meeting point for their pickup. In case of not showing up during this window of time, transportation will drive away and it will be considered a "no show" which will be considered as a cancellation with no refund.

Weather: Rains do not affect the tour activities, all tours will continue as scheduled. Health issues: For unforeseen sickness or injury that prevents to do the tour or activity, we will need a valid doctor's prescription to avoid the cancellation policies.

**HCC is allowing any reservation that customers need to cancel due to the Covid19 pandemic may do so under these revised cancellation policies.

We are making every effort to help all affected by the virus as well as keep the company afloat so that we can service the needs in the future.

We realize that many of you have spent months planning your trip, wedding, special event or tour with us and for that we are deeply sorry and are doing all we can to help! HCC will now let you cancel a booking for a full refund in the form of a future reservation credit. Customers must rebook their tour to occur on or before 12/31/2021.
A refund will not be possible in situations where the trip has to be cancelled, interrupted and/or deferred by HCC for reasons of force majeure (beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, wars, etc.) and where the contractual obligations of HCC with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain a refund of the amount paid or payable to the supplier on behalf of the customer.

In any case, HCC at its discretion can offer to reschedule the service with open credit for a period not longer than 12 months, in case there is a variation in price and/or destination it will only be required to cover the shortage.

There is no age restriction for this tour. We recommend not to take small kids to this tour since there is no shade in the Catamaran and this tour includes an open bar on board.

There are different Catamaran sizes, it could be a minimum of 40 passengers and maximum 120 passengers.

No, transportation is not included. You can add transportation from your hotel to the departure point, by easily selecting any of the prompt options to “Add Transportation to Tour” throughout the purchase process. We highly recommend selecting this option as the van pick you at your hotel lobby and transfer you directly to the boat departure point.

Yes, Catamaran has a bathroom on board.

No, there is no shade in the Catamaran. We recommend the use of biodegradable sunblock, hat and clothes with SPF to prevent sunburn

There is no minimum age for the Catamaran tour. The only restrictions are infants will not be able to do the snorkel activity and kids will need to be accompanied always by an adult to be able to do the snorkel activity (one kid per adult)

Yes there is, please mention in the comment box that you need a vegetarian or vegan menu so that the tour operator has an option for you on your tour date.
